Much is happening or potentially about to happen.

Gold is on a breakout, or is it? Though front month gold futures made a 5-year high last week breaking out above the important $330/oz. level, there are some potential concerns in first buying now. Using a variety of gold instruments as proxies, we can see that there are or very soon to be upside exhaustion signals flashing from Tom DeMark’s TD Sequential.... model. They include the following:

• spot gold gets a sell signal today. To more conservatively filter into the
sale, Wednesday the 18th’s close must be beneath $331.25. If not, the
sale’s probabilities dissipate considerably.

• gold futures gets a weekly sell signal this week;

• XAU (Philadelphia Gold and Silver Index) got a daily sell signal this past
Friday. To more conservatively filter into the sale, this Wednesday’s close
must be below 75.39. If not, the sale’s probabilities dissipate considerably.

Hättest schweigen sollen. ;-)

Aber im Ernst, die Minen schauen leicht brustschwach aus, für das was Gold aufführt. Bin mit meiner Tradingposition erstmal raus. Die 350 - 360 werden nicht ohne größeren Kampf fallen, für die Shorts geht es um Leben und Tod. Mal abwarten.
