> NEW YORK (CNNfn) - Rockwell International Corp. missed lowered Wall Street
> forecasts with its fiscal fourth quarter earnings Wednesday although it raised
> its guidance for profits going forward.

> The Milwaukee-based electronic controls and communications company, which had
> issued a warning for the current quarter in September, said profits fell to
> $145 million, or 78 cents a share, in its fourth quarter ended Sept. 30, from
> $152 million, or 78 cents a share, a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by First
