Sir,
I am the chairman of the recent committee set up by
the economic Community of West Africa States - ECOWAS
to over see the loots of Gold, Diamond and other
Precious Metals being retrieved from the former Rebels
of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea and
Cote d?Ivoire which is the War affected Country of
West Africa.
After an ad-hoc meeting of the just concluded ECOWAS
head of states Submitt/meeting held between the 21st
and 23rd of April 2004 at the Palace de Congree -
Cotonou, Republic of Benin, It was agreed that all
loots discovered and retrieved from the rebels should
be auctioned and the proceeds from the auction should
be used to re-settle all the war affected refugees
within the West Africa. Hence I and other members of
these committee from all regions of West Africa States
were chosen as committee members to over see the
auction sales and disburse the money to the
appropriate refugees centres.
However, there is a particular gold dust of 850 KG
just discovered by the committee and has been placed
for immediate auction sales. It is now secured in the
committee?s store house in Cotonou, Republic of Benin,
West Africa. This gold is available for inspection and
immediate auction sales.
I decided to contact you with my colleague to notify
you about the auction sales of the Gold Dust which
price is far below the International Gold Market Price
of 35% discount. Our reason of contacting you for this
sales opportunity is base on our ability to assist you
or your organisation for the auction bidding process
and to make sure that the auction bid favours you
using our good position and influence within the
committee because this is the only opportunity we have
to make fortune after many years of serving the
organisation.
However we can only work for your interest if you will
compensate us reasonably. Since the auction sales is
open to many bidders from the public, we will back you
