Ich meine dottore, aber auch mehrere andere, bedienten sich dessen häufiger. Ich glaube mich erinnern zu können, daß er es innerhalb einer Rede verwendet hat, bin mir aber nicht sicher.
Ich hoffe ihr könnt damit was anfangen und wißt was ich suche.

Ein wortgleiches Zitat von Greenspan ("...new credits...") geben die Suchmaschinen zumindest auf die Schnelle nicht her, das dürfte wohl etwas anders gelautet haben.
