Berkshire has never paid a dividend. I think with the rising demand for income, the no-dividend policy may be hurting Berkshire. Here you are, having lost $6,000 over eight months and you never received a nickel in cash. If you own BRKA., you just have to hope the stock can better its 2006 peak and then continue up from there.
