The ideal time and price targets for a W.C low are shown below. If reversal is made in these projected time and price zones, the next advance should take gold to well above the Aug. 17 high. If gold reaches the ideal W.C targets, we will look to buy on a daily reversal signal.

Specific Trade Recommendation
ST & IT Units: If Oct. gold first trades to 272.0, buy on the close if the close is above the current day’s open and prior day’s close. Place the initial protective sell-stop one tick below the recent low.
