Meines Wissens gibt es auch Adapter, die du an die RJ-45-Netzwerkkarte anschließen kannst. Dann brauchst du nur noch ein PPPoE-Protokoll auf deinem Laptop. Das bekommst du m.W. von der T-Online-CD. Ob das Win95-tauglich ist, weiß ich nicht.

Ich hab die Scherereien so umgangen, daß ich mir einen DSL-Router der Telekom gekauft habe. Da geht vorne DSL rein, und hinten verhält es sich wie ein haushaltsübliches Netzwerk, mit DNS, DHCP und Firewall, wenn du eine willst. Und zusätzlich kannst du noch drei weitere PCs parallel daran anschließen.

Windows 95 kann USB unterstützen. Tut es meines Wissens in der Modifikation B und C [nur als OEM erhältlich gewesen]. Möglicherweise ist ein Patch verfügbar. Schau einfach mal auf microsoft.com

Mein PC läuft wieder einigermassen... momentan bei 1690 Mhz.. damit und mit ADSL-Leitung macht surfen wieder Spass..

USB support for Windows 95 is available in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) versions of Windows 95. If you purchased Windows 95 boxed product (the full or upgrade version) from a retail store, you have a retail version of Windows 95. Retail versions of Windows 95 cannot be upgraded to OEM versions, and there is no separate download to enable USB support in any version of Windows 95. If you have an OEM version of Windows 95 and you want to enable USB support, contact your OEM.

To determine the version of Windows 95 you are running:

Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click System.


Click the General tab.


Locate the version number under the System heading, and then see the following table.

Also, B und C unterstützen USB wie gesagt - A lässt sich nicht upgraden.

Kannst Du Dir von jemandem Win85 B oder C besorgen? Sollte eigentlich möglich sein.
