Warren Buffet will sein Silber von ENRON zurück Thread gesperrt |
Silver-Investor.com Announces
Newsletter Winner
New Zealand - January 1, 2002 - Murray, from New Zealand won the Free Silver-Investor.com newsletter. His clsoing price for spot silver was the closest to the actual price.
########### Hier wird es wichtig! #######################################
The story out on the street is that Warren Buffet now wants his silver back--approximately 50 million ounces of his 130 million ounces total. The problem is that Enron sold it into the market and now it is gone. Normally, that would be the end of the story because bankruptcy discharges all obligations. But in silver and gold leasing deals, a third-party guarantor is required just in case things go sour. That third-party guarantor is one of the major bullion banks. (Take your pick from Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, et al. Nobody knows for sure because nobody is talking.)
You all remember the story of"someone" draining the Comex warehouse of silver and then shipping it to London. It took a lawsuit by"injured" parties against Phibro Salomon before Warren Buffet emerged from the shadows as the client.

A big THANKS to you Sir! What a great way to start the New Year.... I knew the competition would be close so was"waiting & hoping". I visit your excellent 'Silver-Investor.Com' site often (sometimes daily) to read, study & learn more about PM's, this subscription will take my understanding of silver to another level in what looks to be an exciting 2002 for the metal. Thanks again David & Happy New Year to you. Regards Murray

About Silver-Investor.com
Silver Investor newsletter goes deeper into the numbers and give very specific advice and insights into what is taking place in the economy in general, politics, and the precious metals markets. I do emphasize silver, but I discuss economics from a historical point of view. I use classically based economics The Austrian School if you will. I subscribe to nearly one hundred sources of information, business newspapers, private newsletters, the Silver Institute's work, CPM's studies, GFMS, and a host of others. I digest the information and produce a product with a balanced approach. I truly think I am the only one outside of Ted Butler that is doing this amount of research privately on silver.
