-->Zwei Aussagen, die es zu beobachten gilt:
The Kremlin has stepped up its onslaught on Yukos, which is controlled from behind the scenes by the Rothschild dynasty. The company has a $3.5 billion tax bill to pay and its assets are frozen. S&P has cut its rating by five notches, it’s largest-ever downgrade of a Russian company. It looks like Yukos will be renationalized and all investors funds will be lost. The KGB still runs the Russian government and does as they please. Jailed executive Platon Lebedev and Mikhail Khodorkevsky are in jail on charges of tax evasion and fraud. They face loss of all their assets and 10 years in jail.
und dazu passend:
Lukoil appears to have won tacit approval from the US to expand in Iran and in Iraq to resuscitate the West Qurna field. The crude produced will be supplied to China and India. Lukoil is now an international major. They are also developing projects in Northern Iran and they already have a 25% interest in Norsk-Hydro-led Anaran field in Iran.
Rumors abound that metals magnate Vladimir Potanin, controlling shareholder of Norilsk Nickel and part owner of Gold Fields is in trouble with the Russian government. He purchased his 20% stake in Gold Fields for Norilsk with $800 million borrowed from Citibank in contravention of Russian Central Bank regulation and spent $316 million in Norilsk cash. The deal which must be cleared through the central bank was not cleared. There are also growing rumors of an imminent review of Norilsk’s privatization valuation. The Gold Fields deal is a major transfer of Russian assets offshore and a form of money laundering.
