The company, had sales of $1.35 billion in the first six months of this year, it said in filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Net income more than doubled to $143 million, or 54 cents a share, in the first half of this year, from $58 million, or 23 cents, in the year-earlier period. Sales also more than doubled.

Annahmen:

Net income = 10% vom Umsatz (Abgeleitet per 2003 und per 30.06.04)

Umsatz 2004: 2.700.000.000 (Halbjahr mal 2)

Umsatz 2005: 5.400.000.000 (Verdopplung, da Wachstumsmarkt)

Net income 2005: 540.000.000 (10%)

2005’er EPS: 540.000.000 / 271.219.643 = 1,99

2005’er KGV bei Kurs von $85 (85/1,99) = $ 43

Das Problem ist, daß nur gewinnbevorrechtigte Aktien ausgegeben werden - ohne Stimmrecht oder nur mit einem Mini-Stimmrecht. Nun wurde das bei einem geschätzten KGV con 90 auf das Stimmrecht umgerechnet und dann kam hinten eben 810 heraus. Wenn es jetzt 38 sein soll, dann ist es eben irgendwas um die 700 er.... im KGV.
