BEIJING -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao pledged on
Tuesday to push ahead with reform of the yuan
currency and make the exchange rate mechanism
more attuned to market supply and demand.

He made the comments before a historic meeting
between China and the Group of Seven (G7) leading
industrial nations later this week at which the
thorny currency reform is expected to be a top
issue.

"We will further advance the reform and forge a
mechanism which is more adapted to the changes
in market supply and demand, with still better
flexibility," the official Xinhua news agency
quoted Wen as saying.

Abwertung des Yuan auch nur im Entferntesten in Erwägung gezogen hätte.

Ist jemand im Importgeschäft mit China tätig hier?

Ja ein flüchtiger Bekannter von mir arbeitet für einen China-Sammelsorium-Importeur-Statthalter in der BRD.
Ist im Grunde genommen eine Impoteurin - eine Chefin!

Der macht für den 4-Frau/1-Mann-Laden alles.

Einfuhrpapiere, Angebote ausarbeiten, Deutsch-Unterricht geben, Rechnungen schreiben, Essen holen, die Kinder zweier Chinesinnen in den Kindergarten fahren, alles.
Die zahlen den mehr oder weniger schwarz. Ist LZAL.

Und die bringen alles hier rein:
Von ganze Schiffsladungen Rohre (!!! - das stinkt ihm besonders, er war nämlich früher bei Mannesmann -Export Rohrverkäufer) hunderte von Tonnen Alu-Draht für die Automobilindustrie (kaufen alle: Daimler, Ford, VW, Audi, Opel, BMW) über Pippifax-Cent-Krimskrams bis hin zu Software und zu GabelStaplern.
