If we do retrace tomorrow, the market will most likely bounce near the blue trendline - 2,500 - and then start a MONSTER rally. See what I mean? Elation followed by Fear. That's how it works.

Short Term NASDAQ

Nice trading day today - down on the NAS, up on the Dow. Can't ask for more. Now, what I would do tomorrow is trade the trendline break to the upside (line not shown) at about 2,775, if it happens. My personal bet is for a move to 2,730 quickly (a gap down open) and then, we will have to see if it"tail fakes" or not. If we start filling the gap, buy buy buy and set your stops at the low. If we continue down, through 2,730 - get short more with a cover point at 2,730. It's going to be wild.

Medium Term NASDAQ

In the medium term. we are Short from the break at 2,830 and will hold Short until we see signs of a bottom. Don't think we will tomorrow. I think this thing could get nasty and put the fear in all of us for a few days. If we do rally, we will cover at 2,775.
