Nur kurz ne Bemerkung gegen Manipulationsversuche wie diesen: Die Zahlen dürfen nicht einfach zusammengezählt werden, da sind auch Mehrfachnennungen drin. Alles in allem die ganz normalen Schweine, die es in jeder Regierung gibt (solche Skandale hats hier auch, man denke an den Koks im Berliner Bundestag).
