meaning that it's position is closer to the
earth than a typical full moon. This means
that the effect could be very powerful.
The closing of the metals markets coincides
with the full effect of the moon in perigee,
says Arch. Arch is long the golds and
recommends holding positions over the long weekend. Arch feels that something very powerful may happen over the weekend. He does
not know if there will be a war, earthquake,
or a japan-Argentina problem. He also
speculates that the problem may now be known
