on Friday said it is not in compliance with its secured revolving credit facility and it had amended its Jan. 31, 2002, form 10-Q. The company said it is working with its lenders to obtain a waiver for its default and to amend certain provisions of the facility. The company said it should be able to obtain a waiver for its default in the next 30 days. The facility requires a ratio of total debt to pro forma earnings before interest taxes and deprecations of no more than 3.75 to 1.0, it said. At Jan. 31, 2002, the ratio calculated under the credit facility was 3.82 to 1.0, the company said
