Kaum beachtet: Kansas City Fed Bericht weist den Weg ins Double-Dip

In a little-publicized regional report, the Kansas City Fed April
Manufacturing Index slipped to 18 compared to 24 in March. The index for
the volume of new orders slipped to 16 in April versus 27 in March and the
number-of-employees index dropped to a reading of one in April versus two
in March. Prices received for finished products slid to minus three in
April from zero in March, and prices paid for raw materials rose to 21 in
April from 17 in March. Any reading greater than zero indicates expansion
in that component.
