STILL SOME BULLS LEFT

Graham Stock, head of sovereign strategy for Latin America
at JP Morgan Securities, one of the most influential firms in
the market, appears to have no reservations about bucking
the trend and continuing to recommend Brazilian bonds.

"Brazil is still our biggest overweight. We believe that the
political risk has been overstated at this stage," Stock said.
"There is still not enough information from the opinion polls
to conclude that a reasonably market-friendly government
will not be elected in October."
