folgende Frage steht noch im Raum:

Zins A = 1000.

Zins A fehlt (illiquide). Also muss Abgabenschuldner Zins A gegen Abgeld (= Zins B) beschaffen. Forderung
(Leistung später) über 1200 = 1000 (Leistung sofort), Disagio = 200. Von 1000 auf 1200 = Zins B."<

Einzelzwirtschaftlich könnte es ‚theoretisch' so sein. Gesamtwirtschaftlich platzt das Modell!
Es ist ja eine Überraschung! Niemand hat mehr als er geplant hat! (Also Raubüberfall auf den Nachbarstaat? Dann aber wohl bitte ohne Disagio?)
