solche sachen würde ich am besten austesten, denn worauf es ankommt ist ja schlußendlich, ob es DIR gut tut oder nicht (jemand anderer mag ganz anders darauf reagieren): entweder kinesiologisch mit dem armtest (verbreitetste methode), oder auramessung mit der rute, habe ich selber erst gelernt, spannende sache, oder andere methoden.
