Ich schlage folgende Änderung des Titels vor:

Banks create liabilities in any amount with the touching of computer buttons.

Da wir es doch mit Kreditgeld zu tun haben, sind Kredite also in beliebiger Höhe durch Knopfdruck verfügbar. Großartige Lehre, Verzeihung, Leere!
