Letter to my broker

Dear Broker,

My name is Joe Investor. I'm one of your clients. It's late October 2002 and you would like me hold on to my stocks and invest even more. And forget about buying gold stocks, you say. I have a few questions. I've been reading a few things and I have some concerns about how equity stocks will do in the coming weeks and months. They are set out below.
