-->O'Neill to resign as Treasury Secretary
Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill notified President George Bush that he will resign from his post, in a letter to the White House.
"I hereby resign my position as Secretary of Treasury," O'Neill said in the letter to Bush.
Treasury spokesman Michele Davis told reporters the move will be effective in the next few weeks.
