chart:EUR/USD-Concerns over further intervention to support the ailing currency, (after all, this two year old should be able to stand on its own feet by now), and position squaring ahead of non-farm payroll data this afternoon should see a modest recovery to 0.8744 (61.8% 0.8789 to 0.8672), but as per our Forecast Model, the broader trend remains negative targeting 0.8659 initially en route to 0.8609 and beyond. Only a break above 0.8744 would relieve the immediate heavy tone and the risk of fresh lows to trigger a short squeeze to 0.8789 where sellers are likely to re-emerge. For the record, a break above 0.8805 is required to alleviate the Euro's near-term woes for a recobvery to 0.8860.

Talk of more stop losses in eur/usd around 0.8660-50 level..but 0.8670 noted as 62% retrace level which seem to be reason for the buying interest at the lows..
