noch folgender schöne Nachtrag:
Eichel in einem Interview mit dem 'Institutional Investor' Januar 2002, S. 36:
"In the future there will be no room... for classical cyclical programs (er meint anticyclical, P.) such as those that used to be applied in the past at the national level. Nor are they necessary. Europe will not fall into a recessionary phase that would require such programs. And I think such programs are wrong. The best way to ensure that recessionary phases stay short is to follow consistent polocies."
