chart:EUR/CHF-The break below 1.5144 has re-instated a near-term heavy tone and attention is now focused on 1.5066 with scope for 1.5000 thereafter. We continue to favour the downside with a break above 1.5168 required to relieve the negative outlook, although a break above 1.5192 is needed to neutralise bearish sentiment. As the market encroaches on 20-September's 1.5066 low, a corrective bounce is anticipated, but bearish divergences in intra-day momentum on that pullback should produce an objective risk/reward selling opportunity to position for the eventual violation of that 1.5066 low.

chart:USD/CHF-Choppy activity is the dominant intraday tone and we have be stopped out on our short position established yesterday (short at 1.7366, stop 1.7430). The sharp reaction off the lows at 1.7281 also leave the USD within the broad range that is containing activity and thus the risk is that further choppy trading is likely to be seen within the range.
