The U.S. plans to resume reconnaissance flights off the North Korean coast as soon as Wednesday, CNN reported. The surveillance missions will be supported by Navy surface ships and other aircraft, CNN said. Flights were halted after North Korean fighters harassed an unarmed U.S. surveillance aircraft that was over international waters. The U.S. is also sending stealth attack fighters to South Korea for military exercises in the area.
