Observation by Comstock Partners regarding Greenspan's true belief on the lack of strength in the economy:

Since we listened to the Q&A session, we found an interesting comment that so far we haven’t heard anyone discuss.
Mr. Greenspan was asked if thought any fiscal policies would work in stimulating the economy. He responded that he didn’t think any tax reductions could revive a moribund economy. The congressman responded by making sure Greenspan understood he was talking about the U.S. economy and that was confirmed. The definition of “moribund” according to Webster is “being in the state of dying: approaching death and being in a state of inactivity or obsolescence”. That sounds to us that this statement more fully expresses how Greenspan really feels about this economy.

Der Crash könnte vielleicht diesmal im September stattfinden...
