Ziemlich am Schluß schreibt er:

"But focusing narrowly on the banking system or the money supply, they overlook two snags. One is the monstrous scale of credit creation which the U.S. economy and its financial system have become addicted to in the last years, and other is the channel of this credit creation. just as in the 1920's, it is overwhelmingly taking place OUTSIDE THE BANKING SYSTEM, through the financial markets. Essentially ANY DISRUPTION IN THESE FINANCIAL FLOWS has the same adverse efect on economic activity as a disruption in bank lending,... The usual pattern and early indicators of such disruptions are DECLINING ASSET PRICES AND WIDENING INTERESTRATE SPREADS BETWEEN PAPERS OF DIFFERENT QUALITY."

Ich finde das paßt zu deinen Ausführungen..
