WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- The United States has selected JP Morgan Chase & Co. to run the operating consortium for the Trade Bank of Iraq, said Peter McPherson, director of Economic Development for the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq. There are 13 banks from 13 countries in the consortium, McPherson told reporters in a telephone press conference from Baghdad.
