PDII - Professional Detailling Inc.

Professional Detailing, Inc. is a contract sales organization providing customized product detailing programs
and other marketing and promotional services to the United States pharmaceutical industry. The Company has
designed programs that promote more than 90 different products, including such prescription medications as
Imitrex, Flonase, Prilosec, Wellbutrin and Cardura, as well as a number of OTC (over-the-counter) products
such as Bayer Aspirin, Pepcid AC and Monistat 5, to hospitals, pharmacies and physicians in more than 20
different specialties. The Company is engaged by its clients on a contractual basis to design and implements
product detailing programs for both prescription and OTC pharmaceutical products.

For the six months ended 6/30/00, revenues
rose 81% to $147.1 million. Net income rose 95% to $10.5 million. Revenues reflect continued
renewal/expansion of product detailing programs and customer base. Earnings also benefitted from higher
gross profit realized on incentive payments.

Recent Earnings Announcement
For the 3 months ended 09/30/2000, revenues were 84,367; after tax earnings were 5,672. (Preliminary; reported
in thousands of dollars.)

Klingt eigentlich gut, Laden hat auch keine Schulden, aber:
~ Kurs 114 $ (heute 36 % rauf), Buchwert 8,43 $ pro Aktie
~ KGV (trotz der"soliden" Zahlen) heute 80
~ Chart: Eine klassische Hyperbel, und heute evtl. die finale 5
