Bill Fleckenstein bringt die derzeitige Spannungssituation wieder einmal voll auf den Punkt:
"Worth its wait... Gold was very weak today on the back of extreme weakness in the Aussie dollar, and the euro made a new low against the dollar today as well, at one point trading just under 89 cents to the dollar. I continue to find it interesting that we have a complete bonfire of the currencies going on around the globe, while gold also gets smashed. It just makes you wonder.
Never before has it been so obvious that paper currencies are worth zero and at the same time nobody wants to own the one thing that has been a currency for
thousands of years. At some point this will resolve itself to the upside for gold, but for the moment paper continues to carry the day, most likely because the dollar continues to be well bid... for now."

Wenn ich das aber mit den Gold- Elliott-Zählungen von Jürgen und Dieter abgleiche, drängt sich der Verdacht auf, dass es noch ein weilchen dauern kann, bis die Papierwährungen endgültig zusammenbrechen...
