GOLD ; Elliott/Prechter - Dis-Harmonien --------- and more:
-->
I shall show you a methodology that is not brilliant, but does work more times than not. I am not recommending a sell-out at the next top, but will show what the short-term looks like to me.
I am using the Elliott Wave Principle as presented by Mr. Elliott, not by Bob Prechter who has completely misundestood what Mr. Elliott had to say. If Mr. Prechter understood the Elliott Wave Principle, how could he say that gold is still in a bear market and that it was time to get out of the stock market in the mid-1990's?
Gold in terms of the U.S. dollar has made a perfect five wave up-move from 256 in April, 2001, just over 380 in February, 2003. This can be called WAVE ONE.
Then gold had a perfect three-wave correction to just above 340 by July, 2003. This can be called WAVE TWO.
Gold is now in the process of heading for the end of WAVE THREE somewhere between 450 and 500. This up-wave will also be broken down into five smaller waves. We have finished the first two smaller waves and are now in up-wave three of WAVE THREE.
After WAVE THREE will follow corrective WAVE FOUR, and the final up-wave, WAVE FIVE. This top in turn also will be called WAVE ONE of a still larger wave system that will bring gold up to values only dreamed about now.
