Computer Associates: Neue Pleiten: man sieht's von Weitem!

-->CA is in Trouble

CA like many of its counterparts is in trouble. Moody's downgraded CA's long term debt today citing approximately $29.5 billion of budget shortfalls and a democratic controlled legislature that has not"figured it out" that income across the state is declining.

Massive budget cuts and/or increased taxation is on the horizon OR

1) the state runs out of operating money and employee layoffs come mid April
2) technical defaults on their bonds (easy to do facing only the money managers or a few large investors versus employee associations and employees)

The bear market is moving along and this is not the time to play politics when livelihoods are at stake.

Walmart (NYSE:WMT) the U.S.' bellwether stock for America's leading industry looks sickly on BIG Volume this last week, there are not many solutions, the clock is ticking while interest rates are backing up. I smell a bear........
