Diese Zahlen liegen mE. daneben. Die FED hält alleine als Custody Holdings über 1 Trillion USD:

Marketable securities held in custody for foreign
official and international accounts(2,7) 1,044,955 + 8,007 billion seit 3.12.03 und + 209,486 billion seit 10.12.2002!
