Ein wenig 'candle-sticks' für die Elliott-Waver............................

-->HUI - Candlesticks

I have studied candlestick charting for over 6 years now and as an avid student believe today this is one of the BEST charting methods as so few understand how to use it. The Japanese found that these patterns were the best monitor of sentiment in the market or a stock, I have found this to be very true and have worked hard to understand this technique and continue to be a student of reading these patterns.

The HUI shows the FIGHT right here in gold stocks.
-off the top reversal we then fell into a three candle or a failing three pattern.
-we then rallied off that bottom pattern into a three candle pattern that set up a rising three pattern.
-from here we failed off that into another three candle pattern and again a failing three pattern.
-This pattern sparked last weeks rally, if we see the HUI close red Monday, we AGAIN have a rising three bear pattern! we may again see the stocks fall in price.

This type of setup is very rare....and show the fight right here in gold.......


+one more note on the weekly chart. Of concern to me are two successive rising three patterns that appear in the blowoff to the top in BOTH the HUI and the XAU! THIS IS A VERY BEARISH PATTERN. So we watch for a new high to be made to take away this pattern, if not be aware short term IMO.
