Who is this Theresa LePore, this kingmaker of kingmakers in the most powerful nation on Earth? Well, she's a Democrat, naturally. And last year she met with President Clinton during an exploratory campaign about whether or not to run for Congress. But, more prosaically, she was the one who designed the notorious"butterfly ballot," which allegedly caused so many problems on Election Day.
