Kudlow told everyone to short gold and go long the USD last night.

Gartman was on CNBC telling people it was time to lighten up on metals and gold, as it's overdone in the short term.

Maybe people are heeding their advice.

Further, CNBC is reporting that Chirac made comments that were taken as Dollar bullish and Euro bearish, which caused the currencies to turn on a dime.

One thing that seems certain, if the USD were to seriously strengthen, we'd likely see a significant decline (in the short term) in gold, silver, US stocks, and US bonds.

IMO, that scenario would likely warrant a high percentage in cash.

PS: Mindestens eine Erklärung, chartmässig erwarten die 'Einsteiger' Gold
erst bei nochmals $ 395.00 oder tiefer ($ 380.00) Ich denke an die Puts von
nereus. Hoffentlich hat er sie nicht verschleudert!
