klar, Fußnote hatte ich gelesen. Vom Zeitraum her muss es wohl mit der Einführung des EWS (und dem Interventienszwang dieses Systems) zu tun haben.
Werde mal die Geschäftsberichte der BB von 1977-79 nachlesen.
