Zusatz als Wiederholung aus dem China-Posting vorhin:

"For the fourth week in a row, the People's Bank of China, the central bank, failed again this week to sell all the Treasury bills that it tried to auction.

The central bank cut back the volume of bills that it tried to auction this week by three-fifths compared to last week. But the bank was able to sell less than half of them as investors rejected the low interest rates that the bills carry at a time when unregulated rates are rising quickly."

Die"unregluated rates" sind SEINE MAJESTÄT der MARKT!

Es wird doch wohl niemand annehmen, dass die Chinesen an den Märkten dümmer sind als die Amerikaner oder vice versa?
