REMARK (20/04/04, Reuters) US can't be only engine of growth; France and Germany simply growing too slowly; Japan making good progress reinvigorating its economy

VIEW: A clear indication that the US is going to focus on slow growth in the Euro-area at the coming G7 meeting. ECB bound to come under pressure, but the more this is public the more difficult it will be for them to respond.
