-->Day traders have been topped and tailed today, initially by medium term focused funds selling USD, then by the reported presence of ESCB interests buying some; there is some talk of a Far East Central Bank also on the top side, but that one is harder to pin down. The upshot is that EUR/USD looks set to end the European session at least on the 'wrong' side of 1.1860 for those looking for a bounce. The CHF is putting on a spurt against both USD and EUR on Hildebrand's comments suggesting rates cannot stay low for ever, but if EUR/CHF falls too far the central bankers will probably be even more patient than a deeper read of the comments suggests they already are. 4CAST
