Stell dir vor im eigenen Haus wohnst nicht du sondern jemand anderes. Dann kriegst du auch Miete und das ist der Zins. Wenn du es eben selbst bewohnen willst dann ersparst du dir ja die Miete zumindest woanders. Die Rechnung geht nur nicht auf, wenn du in ein Zelt ziehen willst. ;-)
