GB-Immos: Geht's los?
-->Hi,
einer der most wtched markets stellt sich lt. DT heute so dar (Exzerpt):
<>Property takes early June dip[/b]
House prices fell for the first time this year in early June...
Figures from property website Rightmove show that the average cost of a home in England and Wales dipped £683, or 0.4pc, during the first full week of this month as buyers start to feel the impact of four rises in interest rates. At the same time, around 10pc more homes are on the market...
The findings come less than a week after Mervyn King, Governor of the Bank of England, warned anyone planning to buy or sell a home to think twice, as he prepared the economy for the possibility of a crash in house prices.
However, Rightmove found that house prices still rose by 2.6pc to an average of £193,965 over the five weeks to June 12. Annual house price inflation stood at 17.2pc [Donnerwetter!], up from 15.6pc a month ago and the highest rate since April last year.
"The impact of four interest rate rises - including two on the bounce in April and May - is beginning to bite. Right up till the end of May the boom continued unabated but, come June, the market seems to have turned and we've seen the first price falls since the usual seasonal slowdown last Christmas."
Na ja, wer weiß...
Gruß!
