-->LONDON (Reuters) - The number of new loan approvals for house purchases saw its biggest monthly fall in more than a decade in July in what economists say could be the start of a sustained property market slowdown.

LONDON (Reuters) - House prices rose just 0.1 percent in August compared with the month before, logging their smallest monthly rise since October 2001 though they were still up sharply compared with a year ago, a report says.
