hier wird leider ein spezielles Beispiel zur Verallgemeinerung eines Schlusses genommen.
Das kann so nicht gemacht werden. Man kann genügend Beispiele finden, wo Zinskosten im Marktpreis stecken.
Zinskosten werden immer mehr zum katastrophalen Problem.
