Dann sind wir gleicher Meinung, konkreter noch. Der Höchstbetrag ist der, der effektiv gezahlt wurde (ggf. lt. BuBa-Statistik), es ist aber auch jeder beliebige niedrigere Wert denkbar. Zu beweisen ist weder das eine noch das andere.
