Mein Tip: Jungs, kippt doch den Amis ab und an mal ne Karre voll Treasuries

US wants to fingerprint people on a global scale, but CHINA says no deal.
BEIJING: China said it would retaliate against a US decision to fingerprint Chinese citizens applying for non-immigrant visas by imposing its own series of tightened rules for Americans visiting China.
US holders of diplomatic passports will have to apply for ordinary visas, and pay visa fees, when wishing to visit China in a private capacity, the foreign ministry said on its website.
Consular staff at Chinese diplomatic representations in the United States will also ask some US visa applicants to appear for personal interviews, the website said Tuesday.
The ministry also announced an end to visa on arrival for Americans citizens, which has previously been provided at selected points of entry, such as the city of Shenzhen north of Hong Kong.
The Chinese move came after the United States turned down a Chinese request to review its fingerprinting policies and argued electronic fingerprinting was a global requirement for applicants of US visas.
China said last week the fingerprinting procedure infringed human rights and had caused"strong dissatisfaction" among its people.
US international police actions are causing more disunity worldwide than less.
