In my 7/15 Chart Spotlight article I made the point that the Investors
Intelligence bull/bear ratio of 3.18 reflected excess bullishness.
Unfortunately, the ratio was based upon incorrect data. The actual ratio of
2.45 does not support the point I was trying to make, and I have pulled the
article.

My apologies for the error, but I was acting in good faith on data from a
normally reliable source.
