I want to let you know that the Main Coach, the NYSE Bullish Percent, has reached the level of 70%. This is the 28th time since 1955 that we have been at this level. It is the third time since 2003 that we have reached 70%. Each market advance is unique and has its own peculiarities. It is anyone's guess at to what happens this time. The offensive team remains on the field and there is no sign of any changes at this time. The longest time the NYSE Bullish Percent has remained above 70% is 286 days. That was back in June 2003 to March 2004. The average time it stays above 70% is 104 days. This average goes back to 1955.

When this indicator reaches 70% and then reverses down, we will move from wealth accumulation to wealth preservation mode. Again, no sign of a reversal at this time but as we reach these levels the"risk" is the market gets higher.
