Merriman ist jetzt auch etwas besorgt ob der Entwicklung der Märkte diese Woche.

Aus einem e-mail"alert" von gestern nacht:

"What is particularly disconcerting is the manner in which this decline is happening, and the season in which it is happening. It is cause for concern from a technical point of view. It is reason for alertness from a cyclical point of view. And from a geocosmic point of view, it portends the possibility of a much bigger move, and depending on direction, either great danger or great opportunity lies directly ahead for investors."

Es folgen dann noch zwei Seiten Werweissungen und eine halbe Seite Schlussfolgerung. Die eigentliche Aussage, von allem Wenn-Dann befreit:
Man weiss es einfach nicht.
("The market is obviously at a very critical juncture right now.")

Noch zwei Zückerli daraus:

~ Falls der Dow bis gegen 8000 fällt, ist möglicherweise ein längerer Zyklus im finalen Stadium. In einem solchen Fall,
"the DJIA could fall to 3000-5000, <font color="000099">which would make some of the Elliot Wave people look like geniuses </font>after 13-year of being bearish. In that case, the declines we have seen so far - the declines that have caused so much fear and trepidation - are just in their beginning stages."
(JüKü wird sich am fehlenden"t" erfreuen.)

~ I am happy I only suggested investors put up 20% of their funds into the stock market back in October. However, I could kick myself for not following my own advise, as I personally put up considerably more (it’s hard to shake the habit of a trader)."
